🧸 Pre-K – 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
📚 Kindergarten – 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Come meet your child’s teacher and get important information to help prepare them for a great start!
📌 First Day of School: Monday, August 11th
Families are welcome to walk your child to class on the first day. We can’t wait to see those smiling faces!
✨ A Few Important Reminders:
🚪 School Hours: Doors open at 7:25 AM | 🎒 School starts at 8:00 AM
🎒 Clear backpacks only (district policy).
🏡 Let your child’s teacher know how they’ll get home.
🏷️ Put a name tag your child (provided by the teacher) for the first week.
🚗 Pre-K arrival/dismissal is in front of the school.
🚌 Kindergarten arrival/dismissal is on the side of the school.
(This is a change from last year.)
⏰ No early dismissals after 2:30 PM.

Thank you to Ms. Maldonado for visiting our campus and sharing her
11 foot pupett with our students and staff. They enjoyed the presentation and learied about Frida Kahlo.
Wrapped up our week of visits at E Ray Elementary, where our Bulldogs were welcomed with smiles and school spirit! Students explored the campus, asked thoughtful questions, and especially enjoyed seeing where they’ll learn and grow next year! They are looking forward to August!
Our Dan Powell Bulldogs had an awesome visit to Bishop Elementary! Hope Squad students gave a great tour, and Mrs. Montgomery made our kids feel right at home. The garden and PE areas were big hits—they’re excited for what’s ahead!
Our Dan Powell Bulldogs got the full VIP treatment at Townley Elementary! From spirited cheers in the hallways to a fun tour from the teachers, our students felt the love. They're pumped to become Townley Bulldogs next year!
Our final Toddler Time of the school year was a blast! 🎉 Mrs. Mendez brought Paletero Man to life with her storytelling, then we got creative decorating “paletas” and cooled off with popsicles and giggles! Big thanks to our amazing families for making it so much fun! 💕 #EISDALLIN

Rain or shine, our Dan Powell Bulldogs had so much fun visiting Hommel Elementary! Thank you for being so welcoming and showing us around. Our students left excited and ready for 1st grade!
