Dan Powell Early Learning Academy

This is my second school year here at Dan Powell Early Learning Academy! I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our students and staff. My greatest joy comes from building meaningful relationships and providing for students with essential resources, such as clothing, food, and emotional support. I believe deeply in the importance of teaching emotional regulation, as it plays a key role in everyday success. My goal is to help students develop the tools they need to succeed inside and outside of the classroom.

I am a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. As a first-generation graduate, this accomplishment holds a special place in my heart, reminding me daily of the value of hard work, perseverance, and the power of education. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, painting, and gardening. I look forward to continuing to grow alongside our students and to making a positive impact in their lives each day.
