Dan Powell Early Learning Academy

Hello Powell Bulldogs,

My name is Monica Maldonado and it is an honor and a privilege to serve as the kindergarten assistant principal here at Dan Powell Early Learning Academy. I am a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University and began and continue to grow as an educator in this community. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with students from all areas of Everman ISD and help shape their perspective about school at the most foundational level. I truly believe Everman ISD is the place to be!

Through education, we can equip students with the tools they need to accomplish their goals and empower their communities. Through hard work and collaboration, there is no limit to what we can achieve. As we embark on this journey of educating the next generation, I am confident that we have the ability to support our young learners as they learn through community, exploration, creativity, music, and unique experiences.
